Versions of this document
Every change to the text creates a new version with its own checksum. This list shows which text applied when. If you gave consent in the app, the checksum of the version shown to you at the time is recorded there – you can look it up here.

You take or choose a photo and we generate a stylised image in the attraction's theme. Your photo is processed only for the duration of the computation – it is not stored permanently, neither by us nor by our service providers.
Where is my photo processed?
The computation runs on the AI service Google Vertex AI. This processing takes place in the USA (region us-central1) and is safeguarded by EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
We log the processing path per image (without the image content), so we can answer access requests.
What does NOT happen?
No facial recognition – no identification, no biometric templates, no matching.
No training – your photo is not used to train AI models.
No sharing for advertising purposes.
How do I recognise the AI image?
Every generated image is labelled as AI-generated – visibly in the image and in the interface, plus machine-readable in the file through the model provider (transparency duty under the EU AI Act, Art. 50).
